People know that Ryan Adams is good but I don’t think people realise just how good he is on and off the ball, his runs, the way he comes short for the ball and holds it up, his vision and awareness is really good for a non league player. His work rate is also immense he comes back to defend and he does it well! Let’s just appreciate him for a moment.
I thought he deserved MOTM.
That Tekkers assist to Adji was quality. Not only did he spot the pass but it pinged it into his path perfectly. Good stuff.
Stampi did an amazing job at CB much better than Charlie Pardoe. He’s played in 2 games that I remember and not looked at he races in either. Jack Harrison at CB is also really nice.

Matt Look I like Dahnovskyy but I think he is a little liable in defence at times (can switch off mentally) and yeah maybe I’m over rating Sam Adams because of nostalgia. Stampi is good and deserves more game time
Honestly I agree with Matt, but I think they should switch Harrison with Sam if they are playing against teams with good crosses. And play with Harrison if Hashtag want possession.
Yeah that's fair. Harrison doesn't seem the most dominant in the air and haven't seen much of stampy in the air either. They definitely need one more quality centre back for squad depth but they have the makings of a very solid defence.

yea fair enough, Jacko is a decent goalkeeper but is also due for a clanger any second whereas you can't say the same for Andy as he is much more consistent
Marcus Stamp is an absolute player, brilliant for his age. After being at the Wembley cup and watching Jack Harrison for 90 mins I was very impressed with him, great game management and very organised - got a decent pedigree to! Isa was class again, great assist. Ryan never stops working, a non-league Dirk Kuyt. Great to see Dan Adjei off the mark. And the new guys especially Ricky, Tom Williams and couch were very good. Very excited for the season!

I remember Tom Williams at the Swans, I remember him scoring one of the 7 in a 7-1 win vs Bristol city at the liberty. Good player for hashtag. Stampi was a beast at the back here, he should be a fixture in the defence, tekkers at centre midfield is his position, class performance from him, he's wasted out wide seeing him play like that. Get a tough tackling midfielder alongside to protect him and you have a class weapon. #

Good win and another game to improve fitness levels. Good to see squad rotation and giving players a chance. Tekkers played well and controlled the midfield, not bad for a player probably in his thirties, a play maker who can bring others in the game. Long may it continue.

I would try the Lb Williams at centre half. He demonstrated he can defend he also looked good on the ball and is experienced. Out wide the wingers were taking advantage of his age and lack of pace

Much better performance boys! Organisation and work ethic definitely improved from the past 2 friendlies. Decision making was so much better with the changes made to the team also, Stampy made a huge difference when he came on at CB. The LB impressed me, definitely a big improvement on current fullbacks.
I know in pre season the result is not really that important, but is always great to get a win.

Lol I don't know who's been updating the Hashtag wiki page lately but it suggests on there that the last 3 games (including this one) have been actual non-league games as opposed to pre-season friendlies. Here's a direct quote - (CAUTION, SPOILERS FOR THIS MATCH!!!!)
"They later played Royal Holloway Old Boys in a 3-3 draw with a hat trick from Dan Brown on his non-league debut. Their first non-league win came July 14 2018 in a 2-0 win against Romford F.C."
I've never contributed to wiki so I'm not sure how it works, but someone might wanna make some changes to the wiki page as it is currently a bit misleading seeing as these aren't official league matches yet. These games should still be documented, just amended slightly .

I don’t like Richmond , even if he scored a goal, i prefer to see a striker with great technique like Dan Brown, Adjei and Ryan Adams (which is fantastic because he plays well in all attack positions). In defense Pardoe again a disaster. Stamp is strong and it will be great to see the fight for the starting position with Sam Adams , Jack Harrison and Rich Beck . Tekkers Guru and Couch are the best players now.

Tekkers used to be playing much closer to strikers. Now he becomes more of a play maker. Nobody has his feet. I think he plays a bit too many long balls but when he adjust that, it will be great. He is MOTM
