Will RM support for all customers the same way they provide support for them like checking out the car audio until the customer gets satisfied ? If that happens then this can be good ! Or else it’s only for people who opts only real high end Audio ! Better to have more clarity @ Birla’s Parvai. Otherwise it’s good but not for all audio lovers !!

I went there a year ago for car audio for my accord. They ignored me made me wait for a long time. I had to inside to the cash counter and ask. The guy there dint even bother checking out the car, he gave oral solution. A local small shop got the job done which RM cars denied saying it is not doable.

I would not recommend these guys as their customer services are pathetic, they will loot your hard earned money. I had the worst experience where they charged me extra and provided me with a refund after raising concerns. However, their works still are pathetic, they will not listen to your needs and will just simply do what they can do easily to save their time and so they can attend more vehicles. Also, post work they do not fit the panels properly and screws can be missing and they put different nuts and bolts, which will lead to other issues.
I have travelled around 250 KMs (one way) for putting seat covers, Floor mats, horn change, some extra accessories, which they charged me high. I can share you proofs with the cost they charged me in 2022 and my review in Google for them.
I see this is your 2nd video from these guys and I would not encourage you to hype them too much.
I guess these reviewers will just take money and promote any nonsense . 😒

It's ridiculous that not shown any effort to explain in detail about the technical info about the speakers like wattage, amp rating, sub woofer spec. Not even played the music system and no info about the pricing for the kind of set up... It was just a promotion show lauding the shop owner... No substance in it. We didn't take away anything from this video... Wastage of time
