I cannot see the option double tap to lock in my one plus 6 in the home settings? why? I can only see add icon, swipe down, shelf and directly notification dots, but not double tap to lock. Am i missing some other settings?

I feel like the battery on my OnePlus 6 is draining very fast. Are anyone else experiencing this, or may there be a defect on my device?
how fast? mine drains 10% every 30 min with screen on, wifi, 2 sims and location disabled. that's almost 6h of screen time.
Like I have not used it at all today except for 20 min of Spotify. Its been 3 hours since fully charged and it already at 75%. Just feels fast compared to my old Samsung s7.
