I watch his videos all night long and into the morning , I like to watch him drama free very relaxing to watch.
I'm happy to hear that
Ahhhhhh the outdoors! The lure of the sounds makes me happy! Have a great weekend! Wonderful video!

Gotta love being outdoors đČđđ„
I use an alky stove year round. The secret to getting a light in cold temps is to keep you ounce of fuel in a 1 oz squeeze bottle, and keeping that in your pocket. It keeps the fuel warmer so it lights easier. I keep a 1oz fuel bottle in my cook kit, and refill it from my 8 oz bottle as I use it.
Yes, a priming pan helps also. Always fun kit to use đ„đČđ€
@@Lonewolfwildcamping I also built my stove so I don't need a pot stand. I used a cat food can and tomato paste can and some carbon felt. Works great, weighs 14 grams, no pot stand needed.
Awsome setup
Hey buddy, hello from Scotland đŽó §ó ąó łó Łó Žó ż
Brilliant film... nothing better than a lakeside camp with a roaring fire.
Your films have a real sense of isolation and that youâre a million miles from anywhere.... love it.
All the best, Pete
Nothing compares to wilderness camping, nothing. I love the sound of the raindrops, snowflakes and especially the wind in the trees..â€
I agree, nothing beats it
I understand you need to stop the cold since you are in a cold area. That set up would look like a tent to the casual observer. Here in Florida I use a hammock all the time ( even in winter ) because I want the 360 degree ventilation. Winter is great since I can unzip the hammocks bug net and leave it at home.
My rain fly is normally in the porch mode since I like to look out and see what is going on around me. I enjoy the visibility and sense of freedom while in a hammock. One moonlit night I woke up to watch a Racoon explore the camp the then walk under my hammock and off into the woods. On the flip side one other night I had two Cotton Mouths ( Water Moccasins ) slither under me and off into the swamp. There is an advantage ( besides the comfort ) of being up off the ground.
I love a nice hammock setup, especially in the winter đ€đâ
After seeing this video I got the 13x10 Aquaquest Defender Tarp for my Hammock Setup! Thanks for the awesome Videos! đđ»

Jeremy's hibernation hideout. Great set up for the cold weather. Not like us here we're at 43c. Love some of your cooler temps mate. Seeing you like spicy foods etc if you haven't watched hot-thai-kitchen.com before Pai is a Thai lady living in Canada and has an amazing collection of Canadian n Thai recipes you could try out. For your chair issue you could get an opossum style perch canvas seat, uses wood you craft in the woods, light weight and functional. run about $30-40 US depending on where you purchase.
Sweet
Great video
Thank yoy
Nice video, like the setup this must be 1 of your favorite places to camp or to come back to God Bless you
Thank you, its one of my favorite areas to camp for sure
Nice video thanks
Thank you
I love all the tents you use. I was planning on taking my dogs 4 miles up and staying up there for a few days. Then I watched you and I realize my flimsy 2 person nylon tent will not be adequate. lol thank you for showing me my errors before I did it. đ
Quality gear is very important
Another great video. Enjoyed it like all your others. Keep them coming.
Apart from waiting for your own Pomoly tarp to be sent to me, I have the 15â x 15â Aquaquest Defender tarp.

You could bring your camp chair and put in 1 end of tarp so you could sit to eat or cook or just relax
It would add weight to this trip unfortunately. I was trying to pack a bit on the lighter side
A beer drinker after my own heart. Once it gets cold outside it's goodbye ipas and nepas and hello stout porters! In Alberta, Blindman Brewing and Apex Predator make some really nice ones.

40:06 Same here, man. My friends and family never understand why I take my holidays in September/October. No bugs, great weather, not hot and humid... prime camping weather for me.
Winter camping is the best đđČ
Wow. It's a really nice Bushcraft video. I can't believe I finally got to know you... From now on, I'm going to slowly watch all the videos you uploaded.

Beautiful area and the lake is awesome. I need to find a similar place here. Watching your videos for a few months and over the summer I actually bought a cheap plastic cutting board because of you...heh. BTW, Here in the US Yuengling has an awesome Hershey Chocolate Porter that I've been enjoying for a month or so. Great video!
I'm really glad you are enjoying the videos, and that Hershey chocolate porter sounds amazing đ€©đ€©đ€©

Holy Moly you like strong coffee!
Yup âđ
nice area đ
Thank you đđČ
I love that setup what pack was that, GREAT VIDEO............
Thank you. Mardingtop 65l
You should include a link for that table in your descriptions, it's a very neat table! Took me a minute to find it, and I'll have one on the way next payday!
Its a great table, I often don't post links
@@Lonewolfwildcamping Like ALL of the tables available are HUGE packed, even small ones. Helinox makes one with a fabric top that folds down to about the size of a chair one or maybe zero, cause they are all traditional four-leg tables. That one is just a single flat with some poles you could absolutely just put with your tent poles with no real extra bulk at all!
czcams.com/video/gBhl4lVA07M/video.html
nice video my friend
Thank you
Looks like you also like your coffee strong. I'm an espresso drinker myself, but just haven't gotten around to purchasing a portable espresso maker yet. I'm just trying to decide which type I'd prefer. Between the Aeropress, the WACACO Nanopresso, the King County Tools Stovetop Espresso Maker, or something like the Easyworkz Diego Stovetop Espresso Maker which I understand won't make true espresso but at least it would be strong coffee. I just can't decide...
I love my coffee âđ€đČ
Very good video. You watch Adam Sandler, I watched you (not creepy at all đ¶). That tarp hang was perfect. Did you stay warmer than having it a little higher? What about any condensation? Also, love the table. Iâm going to DIY my own with some old aluminum arrows because I canât pay that much for a little camping table. They are cool but way overpriced. Thanks for the entertainment.
Canât sleep might as well watch some 902!
Enjoy đđ
Hey man, greetings from Portugal! Your videos are flawless, very well edited and with just the right amount of talking. I would like to know, however, what spices you added to your soup. I'm looking forward to prepare one myself on my next camping trip! Thank you for the great content you provide!
Thank you , glad you enjoyed it. I dont recall the spices in that particular video
Hey there great video as always. You know what I do to carry alcohol for the stove, I use big Listerine bottles for haveing a very packable shape and for haveing a big cap that I use to calculate the amount of alcohol I have to use for one or two cups of water, and so I save alcohol. Cheers
I also use those little bottles for day hikes, coffee and tea âđ€
LITTLE...? Some are big enough for a long distance hike... like 1 Litre.
I pack the tiny travel ones
Yeah... I use 2 of 500 cc each,
1. The plastic it's thicker.
2. The cap it's useful too.
3. I put one in each side of the pack so I can balance the weight.
Awsome, I lice diy pop can stoves too. Different sizes
Another stellar episode. Great spot by the lake, and how lucky to see otter's. Soup; it's underrated... while every other YT'er is grilling steak for dinner, soup is where it's at for a hearty meal with lots of nutrition and hydration. Oatmeal! Besides eggs, probably one of the best breakfast meals that is easy to pack and enjoy. I had to look up the conversion, and -15C is around 5F, which is pretty danged cold (at least for me here in the Arizona desert). Looked like the hammock setup was plenty cozy and warm for you. Enjoying your work and will look forward to more soon. Peace. Pete - KI7LIL
Thanks so much and I agree with you đđđČ
Adam Sandler is one of my favorite actors. Lol
Hilarious, love those movies đđ
You need to carry a battery bank to change that phone. Do you carry a locator beacon like an epird in case of incapacitation or unable to hike out? Another great video my friend.
I carry 2 battery banks for my camera and filming lights
Hello buddy! Just a quick one, when using the 2 umderquilt system what do you use in the hammock? Sleeping bag, quilt...
Great videos.. keep up the great work
A topquilt is used inside đđ€
'ey bruva! you camp much like i do and in similar spots! while i'm sure you've made a video, i'd love to know who makes those boots; i'm still using my Danner Mountain Pass, but i'm imagining that 5 more years will spell their demise xD
Thank you, my boots are timberland pros
That's a great little table... who makes it? đ
Thanks, czcams.com/video/gBhl4lVA07M/video.html
Packing in the entire camp on your back is a challenge all by itself.
Definitely, but always worth it
mantap đ

I have never seen you fish that lake or any other . Looks to be a good spot to fish. Just saying
I dont usually fish on camera, rather I enjoy it. Too much work trying to film it
I mentioned to you before that my son who is autistic loves your videos. Well he now likes to watch each video over and over, sometimes watching first 5 mins then starting over again.. I also love your videos but I wonder if you're going to soon sound just as fun as the teletubbies do to every parent lol.. :)
Thats so awsome to hear. I'm very happy you and your son are enjoying the videos so much đșđ€
Hey question, what type of fire starter rod is that? And where might I be able to purchase one of them? Great video as always, keep up the good work! đ„ đČ
Thank you for enjoying the adventure. Here is a link for you czcams.com/video/mqlAJDv24vw/video.html
Looked like a nice night out. Fairly new viewer so I'm not familiar with your body of work, so if you've already discussed this previous, I apologize.
Is your tarp custom? I've never seen a Aqua-quest with doors.
I HAVE seen those little tables though; always thought they'd be a bit tippy. How do you find them?
Snacks in the shelter is taking a bit of a chance, guess you're not in bear country.
and then finally a pro-tip (sarcasm) Save your self cleaning your pot, just eat the oats out of the packet.
If you're on BushcraftUSA I'd love to follow.
Thanks for a great video and the opportunity to live vicariously ;-)
Hey, welcome to the channel . The aquaquest is a 10x13 defender no doors. The little tables are excellent and not tippy at all, and yes lots of bears and coyotes in the area
Have you ever tried the Amok Hammock? I just bought one, not had a chance to use it yet though.
Not yet but I am interested
I would love to see the whole video , but my pills is getting me so sleepy ! Be safe ! Im going to sleep now ' goodnight đ
Enjoy another time đđ
Hi Jeremy. Love your vids. Just wondering what brand your underquilts are. I have a couple of homemade that I use together for up to -15C but am looking to upgrade.
I'm using 2 onetigris underquilts
@@Lonewolfwildcamping Thank you
Great video. Your wood mug...did you buy it or make it?
Thank you , I purchased this mug
Who makes the sweater? Real nice
Thanks, and it was found in a thrift shop
Is 902 your area code? If so, you living/from the right place!
Yes, right here in novascotia đđšđŠ
What kind of tarp is that one ? I need a bigger one to put over my Hennessy expedition for the cooler rainy/windy weather. I was just out and got caught in some windy wet weather and I need a bit of extra protection.
czcams.com/video/cBE42aSSybY/video.html
I have slept on the ground for 4 years and always use a pad. I still wake up with some soreness. Would a hammock be the best route from now on? Iâm not opposed to selling off my pad and a bag or 2 to get a good setup.
A hammock may be a very good option for you
Where did you get your coffee filter/strainer from ? Thanks :)
And your kettle đ
beautiful camping site, is this crown land or private camp ground?
Thank you, wildcamping
what would be your top 3 hot tent choices? also whats youâre take on the Nortent Bivuakk? thanks for you time!đđŒđ€đŒ
pomoly hex plus, Smokey hut, nortent lavvo 6, . The bivouac will be in my possession in a few days, so I will be filming it soon
@@Lonewolfwildcamping oh great what perfect timing, it looks versatile? cant wait lol thanks brotha!
I'm excited for it đ€đ€đ€
@@Lonewolfwildcamping Because of you i gave up 90% of my âglampingâ gear to my nephews! lol a genius attempt to throughly minimize clutter and get back to organics. đđŒ thanks. LW902, not sure if youâve if youâve ever mentioned your name?
Thats awsome, great way to have a fresh start and help someone else too đđ
Hey there Lonewolf 902,
Whats the coldest area youâve been to for camping and how long were you there for?
I've been in many locations across Canada. Usually only 2-3 nights due to video recording and upload frequency , but I do alot of lake and ocean camping in the winter and with windchill and damp ocean and lake spray o have had great times at minus 30â°c đđ€đđ„
is this a grizzly free area ... nice tarp tho :)
Black bears
@@Lonewolfwildcamping oh my :( ...u take care
đ€
I'm interested in the brown sweater you wear, is there a brand, or maybe you have a link you could share? Thanks
Vintage wool sweater from thrift shop
How about a little protein, some lentils or beans?
Maybe next time
So were do you take a dump ?
Hi Jeremy, awesome location indeed! Don't know how you do that cold weather camping without wearing gloves? I have a Thermarest Z seat that weighs next to nothing, beats sitting on a cold rock. Also wonder why you didn't bring a lightweight chair to sit on, or something? especially after a long hike in it's nice to be able to sit down. I know you had your hammock to sit in, but no comfortable means to sit and enjoy the fire. I was wondering also if you made/carved your kuksa or did you buy it? it looks really cool compared to all the other ones I've seen.
Winter is my element đ€đș with the hammock i don't usually pack a chair
Thats right. A rugged breed.
đ
Do you have a listing of the equipment you use on your trips?
No, I have a large gear review playlist
What pack are you using in this video?
Where did you get your seasoning carriers, and what size are they? I want to make a pouch like your to carry mine with me. You could stuff your pack with leaves for insulation and sit.
I make them. I also make all kinds of waxed canvas items. Will be launching an online shop in the New year . Currently all orders are custom made. Refer to my Instagram for examples
@@Lonewolfwildcamping Yeah I have been following you on utube for a while now, and seen all the things you make. Looking for the spice containers to do the same, but have yet to find the small ones lol.
I can make you one from waxed canvas
@@Lonewolfwildcamping I appreciate the offer, but I am in the process of making a seasoning holder out of leather, just trying to find the little jars lol.
Awsome, best of luck
I know you've mentioned it in a previous vid but can't find the right one. Where did you get your wooden mug?
I get them on Amazon.com
