This pen is very comfortable when you post the pen. I was a bit annoyed that it did not have a larger converter. I am sure that the one used in the 9016 and the 9019 would probably not fit in length but a "stubby" version may work.
I filled the end of the barrel and made it an eyedropper. It works very well and while it has metal threads, I. Not worried about corrosion or pitting from the ink. At this price point, it is worth the experimentation. It holds about 3.75 ml of ink.
Jinhao nibs have gotten better over the past year. The Heartbeat nib is wonderful. Their standard nibs have also been updated very nicely.

After using mainly vintage pens, anything over 1 turn for a cap seems excessive. 😉 Just needs to stay on, doesn't it?
Doing a Google Translate brief look, seems like "Dadao" means "Achieve." So, possibly an Achieve as the line, with the very common Chinese number to differentiate between the sizes. Just a guess. 😉

Someone, I think it was Doodlebud, put an O-ring on the end of the converter to stop the rattling.
That’s an excellent idea. On the 9019 I put a little piece of electrical tape around the end of the converter to stop the rattle, and it worked really well. But I always do things like this and nib tuning after the review. I feel the review should reflect the experience with the pen as it comes.
I received my 9013 this week. It makes the 9019 look comical. It has quite a thick section for the size of pen, but that's okay. I wonder now what will become of the Jinhao X series pens.
I found that I wasn't quite as happy with the 9016, as with the 9019, so I haven't ordered a 9013. That may have had more to do with the fine nib on the 9016, as apposed to the medium nib on the 9019. I'd like to see a size comparison between the 9013 and the 82. Thanks for the review.
