OMSI 2 | Westcountry 3 | Route X35 | Studio Polygon Lite | Daimler Engine | First Halifax

- Hello and welcome to another OMSI 2 video!
I'm quite enjoying Westcountry 3 at the moment (and also partly due to the fact i've broken Arkala) so today we're taking the Studio Polygon Lite with the Daimler engine for a spin on the route X35. It's an odd choice for an express route it has to be said, but I do feel that the Lite has not been looked at enough on my channel!
Last night I was being talked through the features, which unless you've done your research into, you just wouldn't realise were there! Today we'll be having a look a little bit more in depth at some of the great features of this bus that we've missed in past videos.

First Essex put streetlites on my local route all the time, which is a good thing as they can do 80km/h round the country roads.
They've done a stunning job at the detail in this. The only nod I have is the beep noise on startup. They've got the sound right, but in the passenger compartment it's MUCH louder than that.

Another great video can't believe how realistic this game is even people driving German cars in the game acted like they can't drive just like they do it real life
Some good detail on this. Especially the start where it stopped working. Your opinion on them is warranted, they aren’t great to drive!

My favourite buses were in 2012
They could make a trident e400 e40d and a scania but I agree with you people always want MORE
You just had no air pressure, Build it up & the door will have closed, you had no air in tank 3 & 4
18:30 - If you look through the windows of the Merc infront you can see that there is NO TRUCK

I'd rather have something different that we have not seen in OMSI 2 before than another Enviro 400, the UKDT one would be better if it had the sounds from the last London one. I would like to see something older like a Leyland Olympian (TL11 or 6LXB) or a Metrobus.

I drive these everyday and wish they were this good! There horrible rattle and the engines shake like a leaf when standing and don’t get me started on the steering 🤣
Gotta put the parking brake on before the doors open and shut must be a bug very annoying
Not a bug, real life Streetlites (and a great deal of other modern vehicles now) require you to have the handbrake on before doors can be opened :)

How do you get the ticketer where you have to count who gets on and off?
How are you supposed to set the destination display? I enter 35 then press F/E then it only gives one destination option (Totnes Trad), there is no option for Paignton or Totnes Station.

I use a desktop PC :) specs in the descriptions 😄 I imagine some of the games I play would blow a laptop up 🤣
