  • Holiges are different varieties, according to the puran they have. This holige is by using jackfruit pulp. The pulp is cooked with jaggery and ghee until it turns into ball consistency. make balls of both cooked pulp and kanaka and gently stuff the puran balls inside the kanaka ball. Roll the ball gently and cook both the sides. That results in a tasty jackfruit Holige.
