This video discuses the most important part of Quality Management i.e. Root Cause Analysis and corrective Action. It is split in two parts . In this part 2 , the discussion starts with Root Cause Analysis and extends up to introduction of corrective and Preventive Action . The video mainly emphasizes on how to use the Problems solving tools , to resolve issues effectively and efficiently .
