- These GEX150AC bosch 6inch Velcro orbital Sanders are the go to machine in most workshops. Hard working, affordable and reliable.
This is the best 6inch sander to buy for the money. and in the long run, with the price of parts and the ease of Repair, they are the cheapest.
The standard parts to fail on these is the lead and eventually the bearings, followed by brushes. The switches don't normaly give any trouble, but they are only 12euro to replace.
A must have for any carpenter.

Thanks, i have a bosch 3725devs, and it looks exactly the same, and will be replacing the bearings - couldn't figure out how to get to the lower bearing without this video.
This is the video I was looking for. I couldn't figure out how to remove the rotor from the plastic housing. Twist clockwise !

Glad to help

Great video - exactly my issue. Thanks
Ótimo vídeo👍👍
Nice one mate, definitely worth it then 👍
Doesn't it make a difference if you swap 1 needle bearing for 2 ball bearings? I like the Idea. Nice Job.
Where did you get the switch I cant find it online!?
Dean how do we remove the top armature bearing? Cant tell what tool fits in that tiny hole that holds the bearing in place
Is there any way to press the final bearing out pr back in after replacing without a bearing press? Would like to replace this part but don't have that machine
