Stopped by to check out your haul. You purchased some really nice items. Wanted to mention that if you're new to cutting dies, every die cutting machine comes with the acrylic plates. They will get worn from the cutting dies that leave cut impressions on the one plate, but you can purchase replacement plate A & B. I have had to a few times over the years. Once cut your paper or cardstock will have and embossed look on the edges. I hope you will find this useful.

Paper crafts have never been my strong suit, but I never had a die cutter and dies before, so I'm really looking forward to seeing what all I can accomplish with it! 😁
It is normal for the cutting dies to mark your cutting plates, it happens all the time...
I can understand some markings, especially over time using it, but the first one I had left very deep impressions top and bottom. This one would have done the same if I hadn't added the felt, but it's doable, at least this one didn't have a broken housing and very audible pop/cracking sound!

Temu is great about refunds, so I hope you contacted them about the die cutters. They usually just want pictures of the damaged items and they'll refund right away. I've had a couple of items damaged in shipping (or missing entirely) and I've never had any problems with the refund and I've never had to send it back. I wish they would have sent me some of the items again instead, but I'm happy getting my money back. Hope this helps! That die cutter was worn out!
The teal and pink items are for burnishing vinyl or pvc stickers, usually used when applying transfer tape to the vinyl cutouts/vinyl to the ScanNCut or cricut mat/applying adhesive items (vinyl, stickers, etc) to the item/area you want them. These have felt edging on one side to help prevent scratches.
Yes, I've had many things come damaged or missing parts, and even a couple of things that were just plain missing, and I've gotten refunds on everything. I've usually been told to keep/throw away those items, but I've also had a couple I've had to send back, but when they've requested the items returned, they paid for the shipping.

Those glue bottles stoppers discolours and erodes when using them in a white glue bottle.

Yes, there is, but without the felt it's not just impressions being left, it's actually deep cuts, deeper than they should be. I will be buying a stainless steel set of plates to use instead of the acrylic ones that come with the die cutter. Thanks for watching and commenting 😊
I am waiting forever for packages because of the blizzard we had 3 days ago. So I have to wait for new supplies again. Love your videos makes me feel like I can do anything I put my mind to. P.S. my dad is still based line sleeping a lot.
Yes, the weather sure has slowed deliveries down quite a bit! We didn't get too much snow where I live, but all around us in my state did, so my little town got lucky as far as snow goes, but that extreme freezing temperatures we got the first few days takes your breath away for sure!
Aww, thank you, but I always have a little doubt hanging around when I'm crafting, I think that holds true for most of us crafters, but we do press through, and sometimes we surprise ourselves ❤️
Sleep is our body's way of handling both physical and mental stresses, just remember he knows when you're there, and will always know you love him, even when you can't be there in person 😊 Have you tried seeing if one of the caregivers there would be willing to hold a phone to his ear so you can talk to him so he can hear your voice?
