@@topshamahsHello🙂, I meant she is teaching at a professional level. I think we must ask her to do a Vlog on the comparison of the workload/expectations between a Language School/Training Centre in China and an International School. As far as I know, even the requirements to teach at the level she is teaching, is not for the faint hearted and you need to have a teacher's license plus experience. You definitely need to be able to do lesson plans with objectives/grading and reports. There are also different teaching strategies and even stuff we will never find in a TEFL course, so it is a bit more structured. I might be wrong, but I am assuming the workload at any International School is usually alot. Not that it can't be done but she has done a Vlog on the steps and investment she put in to get to where she is. I hope it makes sense.❤

Try other Asian countries if you're really keen on teaching English Abroad as a "non native speaker". Like Japan (JET PROGRAM) or Vietnam.
