I can’t believe how well they’ve managed to preserve their culture in its architecture and cities.. i imagine it didn’t look that much different a long time ago. Beautiful vibes
Love Lithuania! My grandfather is Lithuanian, hopefully I'm going there soon!!
I would like to visit there someday!

Cudowna architektura i klimat Rzeczypospolitej Obojga Narodów.
This is just what I was looking for! I love Vilnius and these videos will help me exercise - while walking on my treadmill I can pretend I’m back there 💕. Thank you!!
And where are you now? In Los Angeles? New York? London? Paris? Tokio?
That’s some quality content on youtube.
And where are you usually?
Oh wow you started filming at Užupis! Nice small republic.
Anyway i'm really happy that you made this video of Lithuania's capital.
I just finished watching amazing drone view of Vilnius. Walking tour video is also great!!!!!

I look at that too when I look at cities. Its a sign of civility.
Thanks.

I love walking videos uncluttered by tourists and commuters. You must have made this one pretty early in the day, perhaps on a weekend. Thanks for a very peaceful, soothing video walk.

I feel like I'm actually taking a walk.
Thank you for the good video.

Thanks for this wonderful walk. I really love it. : )
Замечательная прогулка по старому городу ! Люблю эти улочки и скучаю по ним ! Пройтись бы так по родным сердцу местам от Zirmunai g.42 and Minties g.15 !!!
Сплошной уют 😌
Nice video! I really enjoy the walk!
Très beau très bien filmé
I walk past these places very often, little sad very intense cars driving and removes mood :)

wow, this place looks like a fairytale location.
oh, it's a nice walk!
Beautiful.
Thank you
Thanks we tend to do walking videos in the UK and this time of year the light isn’t that good, but you colour is bright and vibrant. Loved it thanks 👍
Nice video! I stayed in Bernardinu Street a couple of weeks ago right opposite the Shakespeare Hotel. I liked the old coffee pots on the wall outside the wine bar/cafe!
Vaguely Scandinavian I think immaculate clean like the Germans and poles.
Beautiful 🤞🏻✨
OMG. I want to live there!
Many Lithuanians would like to live there. But can't do that due to bad economy and huge unemployment.
@@redyurt5367 Not true, living in the old town of Vilnius is a disaster, it's beautiful, yes, but the traffic is terrible, it's full of tourists and everything is far away (besides the cafes). Living in other areas of Vilnius is pretty cheap, but all you're gonna get are grey and depressing Soviet apartment buildings all around you.

Why didn't you visit Gedimino pr.? That's probably the most popular street in Vilnius, and in my opinion, the most beautiful and touristy.

So that's what a homogenous country looks like. I think I like it.
h-h-homogenous... oh no
I agree. Very homogeneous and boring city. No cosmopolitan atmosphere, no foreigners, no Chinese, blacks and Indians. No neon signs, no bustling shopping and entertainment districts. Only Lithuanians slowly walking past these faceless, white walls, without shops and restaurants.
Now I understand why Lithuanians are so paranoic about Iraqi refugees and other migrants coming across the border from Belarus
@@sashakruglov1353 So why don't you take them all if you like them so much ? I'm sure you would love it.
@@crabLT Foreigners (Iraqi Arabs included) make any city more cosmopolitan, more international. Don't you agree? Apart from it's regular tourist offerings, like art and history, Paris is so exciting and colorful because there's so many Arabs in the northern part of the city, with all those eateries, flavors and exotic music sounds). Indians and Africans are what makes London so international and multicultural. And black culture and a huge china-town are what draws tourists to NY. This int'l character is what makes these cities great.
Vilnius has none of that - it's just a boring, homogeneous and nationalists backwater
@@crabLT And yes, I would love to take them all.
Moscow where I'm from ((and where you've never been, I assume) is one of the most international and cosmopolitan cities on Earth. And being the largest European city with over 12 million people and with the largest European "white" population (Russian, slavic, that is) , our city is also one of the most non-white in Europe (probably only slightly behind London and Paris). WE have a huge number of Arabs in Moscow, also a huge number of Africans, and of course Asians too.
That's because Russia has traditionally been very much involved in Africa and close to the Middle East. And apart from our European neighbors (like the Baltic states) we also have a very long land border with China, with trains arriving from Beijing almost every day.
And all that is apart from an even larger army of immigrants from the former Soviet Union (like millions of Muslim labor migrants from Central Asia).
So Moscow is a melting pot - a very cosmopolitan place, and I think, friendly to foreigners, and to Iraqis too.
Vilnius is not even close - it's completely opposite - it's residents are very "narrow-minded" and "inward-looking", suspicious of outsiders, as far as can judge. They don;t realize that more foreigners make the city more diverse and multicultural.
And if I were an Iraqi, I wouldn't even think crossing into such a backwater place.
Foreigners are flocking to Russia not only because of common roots and history. They are flooding Russia because of economic opportunities - and that's something that Vilnius and Lithuania simply don't have
Crazy! I love the video but it's a bit weird to see no foreigner or people of any other ethnicity.
Want to see foreigners, - go abroad.
@@MB-bee huh?
Lo estoy mirando con la música de Led Zeppelin en concierto de fondo.
Land of the dead, at the dead end reaches of the world. You can sense the rot in the air.
But why is the whole city very quiet and isolated. What's the country's population. These cities are too quiet for a country's capital....
Google it.
where is place country please

Lithuania👋
Why you care? Go somewhere else to polute.
Thank you for this video.... I don't know how but one day I will go to Lithuania and hopefully meet my ex-girlfriend jolita
Does she even want to see you?
