Hi Olivia, are you genius? You know, I have been suffering from a rare symptom of anxiety called depersonalization/derelealisation. And a lot of what you said, like 'when your sense of self is distorted, whole whole gets distorted', 'the self is an illusion held in the mind', are concepts that a person suffering from this disorder gets to realise, but not someone who has not been through it. I was amazed to listen to a lot of what you said resonates to me, and it feels like you truly get what human mind is composed of! Hats of to your understanding of mind and consciousness!! I felt such a relief listening to what you said.
I hope you find methods of coping that help you recover smoothly. Sending u love & light! ♡

I love your videos so much. You can see how much work and effort is put into each video. Each time I watch I am calmed and I am made to question everything I think I know and few as though I’ve grown mentally. These videos are just beautiful and I can’t tell you how much I love them. Must say that I always admire art when it is adventurous or challenging, and there is a kind of art - like what people such as Marshall McLuhan, or Louis Khan, or van der Rohe or Ingeborg Day created - which turns into science and engineering at some point; this video turned into something truly outstanding after half way, when it had already been quite extravagantly good to begin with.
