This is a quick and easy way for me to hear if a sample will work in a song or not. Not only that, using Regions to chop samples, especially those with drums and other elements, make for amazing foundations when making music! I've done this a ton on my past EPs (open.spotify.com/track/5aCvIO...) but i still do it a bunch today with breaks, or basslines, or whatever! Have fun, grab a sampler and chop samples into even sections :)

A basic function of the Live II but very well executed and with a lot of enthusiasm. Definitely inspiring and got my creative gears turning. The newest gen of MPCs really are incredible.

Tracklib sounds lit when you explain it this way vs how i saw it laid out on the site. 50 bucks is a lot, but only 2-10 percent of all my earnings off a track once released isn't that bad at all.

I saw that chopping by 1/8 beat on some oldschool Pete Rock video with MPC 2000xl and from then it's like my default chopping theme for samples with beat. Really nice and easy explanation the benefits of this technique. Big up Ricky :)
