The fragrances I have from Aaron that I love the most are tabac, smoulder and Luna (the older formula). What Iâve noticed with Aaronâs fragrances compared to others is the feeling of quality as well as the depth the provide. Smoulder was honestly so good I bought three bottles, it was so unique and its smokiness was just so infatuating.
Is there anyway you can get Aaron to do a piece of content on his story and how he taught himself and maybe the best resources to learn more about this art. Thanks for the amazing content as usual. Still laughing from the amazing piece about the smells to wear if you don't want compliments. Amazing, hilarious stuff. Keep it up! â€
He didnât teach himself. When he says self taught he means that Aaron didnât go work for one of the big fragrance firms that people who want to become master perfumers go to work for after they graduate from perfumer school in France. Ashley from Paris - she works for one of the big companies Iâm referring to and they create fragrances for a ton of big brands. Aaron didnât go to one of the major perfumery universities in France, but he did go to a school that taught perfumery and chemistry. Heâs not a âclassically trainedâ perfumer in that sense. Thatâs what he means by self taught.
Boss Bitch is not just the best oud fragrance I've tried, it's probably my favorite fragrance ever. I started layering it with Oud, as ATH has suggested doing, and it's a powerful combination.

how does neon smell mate, how is the performance
Iâve tried the new: Odyssey, Urban Fake, Carbon, Maverick, Ozone, and Guapo. I think my favorite is Guapo and a close second is Ozone. Guapo has that nostalgic smell to me being similar to A&F Fierce, but much more smooth and creamy and lasts aaaall day. Ozone because it is so unique. I love the fizzy opening it has.
My signature scent is Onyx, I've gotten so many compliments on it and they are sometimes funny how raving they are đ

Tabac is the closest I get to a signature scent. I love the tobacco opening and the oud / vanilla drydown.
I've tried most of his line. I don't love much/most of it but Homme is one of the better Iris scents in my collection (and the only one of his I've kept).
Boss Bastard and Guapo are my favourites in ATH collection and also the citrusy 30ml fragrance that came with every purchase was banging as well.
I was pretty disappointed with the cherry one, it was a blind buy and smelled like synthetic to me but overall Aaron is a great perfumer.

I knew I could count on you to talk about some of the new reformulated frags from the collection. I can't lie. I've been slightly uneasy in checking them out.
One of my favorites from his brand, Luna, for example. This version actually sounds really good and I certainly added it to my "check this out list" thanks to this video. The old Luna is still one of my top Oud Rose combos in my entire collection. Edged out by Onyx. Still, ATH versions of oud rose quite literally changed the way I looked at the use of that combo in frags.

Iâm new to Aaron Terence fragrances and looking to try some but Iâm hearing about reformulations which are they? I hear these fragrances have exceptional performance
I love the story and the journey ATH has been on, I've been on board from the start. I think i have 14 of his Fragrances with Oxytocin, Daddy and Maverick being at the top of my list.
Tried the 2023 reformulations... *Luna* is *extremely* good, though also very strong and heady (so don't wear if you're having a headache). Best rose-based frag I've ever tried. Of the freshies, *Ozone* is really good and in a league of its own - quite unusual and distinct, in a good way.
I've layered Luna with lyric man. Holy moly, don't wear if you have a headache is right..

Haze Extreme is fantastic! My first ATH full bottle, and I think one that will be get a lot of use when the weather warms up. I was ready to buy Byredo's Bal d'Afrique till I smelled Haze Extreme. They both have beautiful scent profiles, but Haze Extreme just lasts and lasts.
Did haze extreme project alot for you? I love the smell of it haven't wore it yet

Maverick is a beautiful scent. Homme is a masterpiece crazy how it's better than dior homme intense. He is really talented
I was hoping ATH Daddy would make the list. That was my first ATH purchase and one of my faves.
I picked up one of the last bottles of Smoulder and Iâm very glad I did. I can easily say itâs one of my favorite fragrances of all time, you both did an amazing job with it! đđđ I also own Bois Eternel and Daddy, as well as previously owned Guapo and Haze Black. Iâve received countless compliments on all of my ATH fragrances which is a testament to his work. Canât wait to see what you guys come up with next in both content and fragrances!
This morning I chose two sprays Hard Candy with one spray Hard Candy Elixir, so was glad to see this vid pop up today. Those two scents work together beautifully. I have the discovery box, and will definitely be getting some full sizes of many of those, but first going to get another big group of other 10ml bottles to figure out my favorites.
I purchased Guapo two years ago. NO REGRETS. A signature scent worthy fragrance.

Na. I think itâs his personality. đđ I didnât like him in the beginning but heâs turned into my favorite reviewer
I think a rework of the bottles would be good idea. I recall Aaron stating he doesn't care too much about packaging. Nothing crazy, subtle but recognizable. Tom Ford bottles are a good example.
Just bought my first ATH fragrance Tabac from Maxaroma. Hoping it lives up tp the hype cause after shipping to đŠđș, the price is comparable to TF Tobacco Vanille. I tried TV at the store on skin & performance was underwhelming. So I'm excited to try Tabac when it arrives!!

I love Oud, and I always wear the OG Hard Candy. The Hard Candy scents start off with this strong, sweet, fruity, artificial scent, but by the end of the day all I smell is this low murmur of fruit and whatever kind of wood or oud is in the base notes. The only other fragrance I get that duration and scent profile from is Tom Ford's Lost Cherry.

I have a bottle of Homme and love it! I also have 10ml of Adonis ; Odyssey and high votage. still need to try Guapo and the two Hard Candy's. And the customer service is excellent, I ordered my 10ml of high Voltage and they sent me a free 10ml of Odyssey because they ran out of boxes for the High Voltage.

I bought Boss Bastard and Neon and Boss Bastard does not last on my skin at all. Donât know if itâs a bad batch or something but I get about 2 hours of longevity and thatâs it. I wore it a few times hoping the performance will change but nothing. Had my brother try it to see if he gets a different result than I but nope he said the same thing that it does not last. But, Neon on the other hand has great projection and long lasting. I got about 6 hours with it on my skin. Really wished Boss Bastard performed because I love the scent.

There has to be a HUGE disclamer on this video. Some of the fragrances that are talked about here (Oud for example) have been reformulated. The bottle that is featured in this video is the one Aaron used back when his fragrances launched. You can still buy it but it wont be the exact same that is talked about in herr. Also another big thing to note is that Aaron had some trouble with the place he use to get his oils and pretty much his whole line of fragrances got a slight rework.
Does Aaron have a discovery set available for sale in the US?
I liked Ozone but not many from the samples I received. Be nice if a big designer company gave him a chance at making one with unlimited funds

Tabac is just masterpiece, smolder is very unique and amazing. Row cherry is the best cherry fragrance on the market right now to me. Not a fan of âOudâ, itâs just not that oud that I like, I donât get the idea, a bit feminine, sweet, not my cup of tea. Quality is great, I prefer tom ford oud wood or oud for greatness.
