I got a baseball that Ozzie Conseco hit a home run with and had him and Jose sign it while going there.

Sandy Koufax charges $1k-3k to sign "if" he does an event ($3k to sign a rookie) but he's nice and will sign something if you meet him (probably up to 3 if polite and a crowd hasn't formed.) No. Minor leaguers typically dont care. Most will sign whatever is put in their face regardless of how many. You're not gonna find many(if any at all) major leaguers who would sign them all, but thats common at minor league games for guys to have stacks of cards for a player to sign.
I just got into the autograph culture and saw a guy pull out a book last year at Redsfest. There are 500 people in line to get this players autograph and a time limit and he just plops this binder I’m front of the player. Ridiculous.
