    Really helpful. I have incorperated this into my routine since I saw you doing it in Spain before the 8b+ send. It feels really good.

    Great video thanks Mani. I’ll definitely give it a go. I do a similar warm-up before Taichi training, but never thought to do it before climbing. What an idiot I am!

    I liked this video a lot, Mani. It gives me a good idea of how to get started when my body and my circulation are just dead to the world or I am stiff and sore, as I often am. Thanks! Good video!!!

    Will try this. Thanks. Highly recommend daily morning yoga also. Warm up, cross training, core work, flexibility and all the finger pushing is great for climbing injury prevention.

    Hey Mani. I just read your ebook about nutrition and diet. I enjoyed it. I have a question, what do you do about cravings for desserts/sweets? Do you have them? Do you have any go to products/recipes?

    Hey Mani, If you want to really open up your shoulders (you could have a larger range of motion) good for the handstand/callisthenics work you're doing. Find Tom Merrick on CZcams and use either his mobility exercises in his handstand routine or overhead mobility routine or have a look at the full body and loaded mobility routines and pick whats best for you :) Hope you find this helps

    Hi Mani! Great video!
    Do you know some exercices to do when you are injured and you can't climb? I think it's a great topic and there aren't videos about that.
    In my case, I have an ankle sprain so I can't run or climb at least for 2 weeks.
    Thanks!

    Do you cardio a bit before to get the blood going and warm the body a bit?

    • @ManitheMonkey
      @ManitheMonkey  Před 6 lety

      Not really, in the outdoors it's the walk to the crag, and the cool thing about this routine is that it gives you a bit of cardio as well if done right. But only a little :P
