nice video friend, many garfish, but then you got the reward with that beautiful sea bass, I hope to see you soon friend, a hug 🎣👍
Thank you mate, was a really fun session 🙂 looking forward to May and a change of scenery and species 😁🎣
Fantastic session lad gd to see the videos back up . Seeing this now I can’t wait till August when I’m over 🎣
That hookpull at 3:15 - gutting mate. Great video keep it up man!
Yeah it felt like a good fish, always stings when those ones get away 😅 thanks man 🙌🎣
Thanks for sharing, really enjoyed your video. I have some fond memories of this Venue was great to see what a mixed bag it can produce.
Thanks mate! Yeah it's a great venue that can throw up all sorts, well worth the many lost jigs I've suffered there over the years 😅
Looks like great fun and nice to hear you talking more. Excited for summer and autumn Brixham. Haven’t had fun on the Gar, got one on the weekender then had to move on. Exhilarating fish to catch.
Cheers man. Yeah once Brixham gets going in late summer it's usually great right through until January. Love a good garfish session 😁🎣
Wow, what a session. Great video Rich 👍
Cheers mate, was a really enjoyable day. They don't happen often enough for my liking 😅🎣
Cool session! Changing lures but always catching 👌🏻🎣
Thanks man 🙌 always fun to see what they'll take when they're in the mood! 🙂🎣
Awesome. Looked bassy from the off
Cheers mate, it was nice to actually catch a bass in bassy conditions down there, I've had very few Brixham bass!
@@DevonLerfer I specifically remember you snagging one in sunshine and flat seas at the cove around the corner 👍🏻
Yeah, that's it! I was trying to think of where else I'd caught one around the bay. That makes 3 bass from Torbay since I started fishing it in 2015 I think 😅
Loved the banter in this video Rich.
Ben seems hell bent on breaking your daiwa net handle 😂😂😂😂😂
Great little session
😂 yeah I reckon he must be jealous of that Daiwa handle or something, makes me nervous every time he uses it 😅 cheers mate 🙂🎣
Great to see you lads out there on Brixham Pier catching ! Could you let me know what landing net you are using please? Looks the business and well sturdy! Regards from Plymouth.
Cheers Mike, love fishing Brixham, it has so much to offer! I use a spro freestyle net head with a Daiwa iso 5.9m handle. Cheers 👍🎣
Brilliant light gear fishing lads well done. Love fishing around Brixham. Been going there for years. Can I ask what make is your landing net handle? Thanks for sharing. Really enjoyed the video 👍👍🎣🎣
Thanks mate, Brixham is such a great mark isn't it! The net handle is a Daiwa iso 5.9m, great bit of kit 🙂🎣
@@DevonLerfer Hi mate. Yes I love going to Brixham. I've been going there for over 50 years. I'll be there in June and again in August. Thanks for the info about the net Handle. Will look into getting one. Cheer's and hope you have many more tight lines. 🎣🎣👍👍
Good video. What net and handle are you using please?
Thanks mate. That's a spro freestyle head on a Daiwa iso 5.9m handle, very handy bit of kit 🙂
Hi i have been watching your videos for a time now, and just got a lrf set up what i would like to know is how you store your small soft plastics ? do you put ant sort of oils on them or not, cheers Paul.
Hi Paul, if using scented lures then I either keep them in the packet they come in or store them together in a sealable pot like the lock and lock tubs. They come in a liquid so this is usually enough to store them but you can buy top up bottles of ecogear aqua or gulp liquids. I keep my normal soft plastics in the packet they come in, no need to add oils or anything to those 👍
Brixham seems to be point zero for UK LRF fishing - Quite obvious why everyone gravitates here.
One day I will fish it!
It's a hell of a venue mate, can be pretty brutal when you're finding all the snags and getting beat up by wrasse but it's well worth the effort 😅 proper aquarium down there in the warmer months 🎣
Lovely session mate! Keep the videos coming. Have genuinely missed you uploading!
Thanks mate, much appreciated 🙂🎣
I'll second that Dan
👍🏻
@@karlstokes874 cheers mate 🙂🎣
