When I heard that tick I said John is filling, when I purchased my kilns the manufacturer in Maine told me not to dry cedar I refused big money no way I was going to do-do my kilns for a dollars bill. Thanks for sharing and still very interesting.
I used to mill a lot of this material at a door mill I used to work at. We called it aromatic or incense cedar. We would let people stay home for the few days that we were processing it because of their respiratory reactions.
Hi John you put chewy to same! lol like those guys too. I heard tail of Boswell lumber hitting a horse shoe grown into a tree, lucky no one was killed I was told.
hi there good to see you back , you are the only one i know that has one . that thing was neat , .So glad you liked it and took your time to leave me a comment . Thank you John
You could use those boards to line a closet in the house and that would keep the moth out of your clothes. Sorry to see that you hit a nail with a beautiful blade.
Hi John. Nice looking cedar boards. Nail cutting & other metal objects happens. There's always a resharpened saw blade. I always reshaped my circular saw blades. ( Unless. Carbide tipped blade. ) Have a good weekend John. 😍😊😉👍❤️💜🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Great looking wood. Too bad about that cedar dying of covid. At least youre safe in that mask 😂 I just won a mill at auction. Cant wait to get it home and attempt to put it all together
@@fricknjeep it's an old circ mill, 42" blade, however I've only seen pics of it so far so I'm not sure the manufacturer. I'll be picking it up on Monday. I'm too novice to be able to tell from the pics, and the price was so low it didn't matter.
@fricknjeep I posted a quick 5 minute vid of this mill I bought. I have no idea what it is. If you have 5 minutes to check it out, I'd appreciate any insight you may have as to what I got
