I love your content. And your right about meditation, it's a good resourceful tool to practice mind space. And clearing thoughts, transcending/ connecting to spirits is the opposite to meditation. We are in a low vibrational state when we meditate. We need to raise our vibrations. Their is alot of new age teaching.
