DIY 24v battery packs for EMG equipped guitars and basses

Join me as I make some of these to hot rod my EMG equipped guitar. My understanding is these wont work if your guitar as an active preamp or other EMG powered tone controls. This is just for running the pickups. If you have any questions or want one just hit me!

hey so i'm kind of a noob when it comes to soldering and how this wiring is. Are you taking the ground leads and soldering them to the hots of the 12v?

I am wiring the batteries in series, so the two 12vs turn into 24v. If you just google batteries in series you will get plenty of info!
