@@bhartivarshney The rice is not going waste .... It's better that leaving rice in our plates and wasting the food in marriages and function than using it in a good spiritual work .... Yes farmer does a lot of hardwork but this people only think when they see the usage of food items in some dharmik spiritual work nobody then cares about that farmer at our lunch time when we waste the food .... Some rituals are important to be followed ..... We can't Stop all the rituals that are going on from our ancestors ..... See it with a different point of you .... It's good that rice are used in temple works in front of God rather than throwing it in sewage

Who said using food items in dharmik rituals are wastage they all after offering to almighty is given to pujari or to any poor person as there is also a rule in our holy books that food offerings in temple should be given to only pujari or person in need ... Now the question rises is what's the need of throwing rice on people , guru maharaj and on God .... We should not say it as throwing but vadhana means paying respect to God and everyone with a joy and happiness .... The farmers which cultivates the rice and that rice offered to God also gives punya to farmers .... If throwing rice is bad in religious activities then throwing flower in marriages should also be stopped ..... And what punya do we get in throwing flowers and rice on the bride and groom in weddings but offering rice , flower to God gives us punya ..... It makes our heart pure ....

Full respect to your tradition...but these rituals are happening too often these days...I think your gurujis should understand this n look at increasing population of Jains....you can serve God by serving people...let elderly people take diksha but young people should avoid this....n what is this money bidding for??....look at the pain in the eyes of parents...feel ver sad for them...please think about it...😊🙏
