I had the same issues with the seat on mine I would wobble like because of the seat I ended up tightening the latch the hold it in place on the bottom(silver one) and that’s actually helped and I ended up changing the seat part for a bigger one too make more like a moped feel.

so the color leds come on when you turn on the head lights its to be more visible at night

It's a huge fine if caught going over city speeds in any city or states most are at 20 mph to 28 mph and that's with ebikes scooters are the same check your city laws before you dare in the city
as that is true this is Vegas and most of our cops are chill and got bigger things to handle I've gone over 40 next to cops I've raced a fire truck and have even asked a few cops on how they feel about them most say as long as you follow the speed limit like cars and not acting a fool your fine but there are other who may want to give you a hard time so to each their own

ABOUT THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH THIS SCOOTER IS THE LED LIGHTS LOOKS LIKE A ROLLING PRIDE FLAG I CUT THE WIRES ON MINE😊
lol i do wish they gave the option to control the lights as many other scooters offer that but i still love the K8 have fun riding around vegas on it
