    Bakwan Sayur (Bala Bala) Recipe:
    1 carrot
    100 gr cabbage leaves
    Green onions
    10 tablespoons medium protein flour
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 cundle nut
    1/2 tsp white pepper powder
    1 tsp chicken stock powder
    1 tsp salt
    Enough water
