Alva Noto. Did a lot of collaborations with Ryuichi Sakamoto, among others. Most of the work of his that I know is more ambient glitch than the heavy drums in most of the demo, but I can see where the inspiration comes from.
Love it! though it's weird the way the audio kept cutting out while he was talking, and he didn't want to say what the knobs did, and you didn't zoom in to it. If all that was intentional secrecy it's just frustrating to hear it without being allowed to know anything at all.
I think it's intentional partly due to that but mainly because they are experimenting with it and it might change when they finally release a product. If they say this does this and then it doesn't then people will complain and bitch about that 😂 I would recommend getting the plasma pedal / plasma coil or their other products and you will soon experience the potential and innovation yourself. It's worth it
