Running Leger Rig - My Setup - The Components & How To Tie It - Apr '20 Lockdown (Video 149)

I thought I'd take the opportunity of being on lockdown to give a detailed run down of the running leger rig that I have been using this season (and often mentioned) and will be using again in the forthcoming season. After some trial and error with the components, this is the setup I have settled on.
