It is amazing that the back fence has not collapsed under all that weight! I started laughing when you revealed concrete under two feet of thatch! It is disappointing that no one seemed interested in completing the junk removal that would make your hard work really shine. You have surely made it safe for others to get busy and make the most of your generous and backbreaking labor. Great work guys!

This yard is definitely a nightmare but your doing a great job and thank you to Greg for helping you. I really hope when your finally done that these people will be able to maintain it, especially after all your hard work.

😲WOW!😲While not a JUNGLE any more just so much grass after Phil went munching & 15:40 looks like there needs to be an expedition to uncover a hidden path to the "Hills", plus even after the Skip Bin still so much Garbage 🤦♂.
That tree plus vines from over the back fence is just beyond CRAZY, makes you wonder how much jungle is in the neighbours yard too.
It actually looks like they threw more trash out the back door. I'll be surprised it they keep it nice. But good for you giving them a chance
You fellas did an amazing job. Come back in a year. And it will be right back to the same condition. Unfortunately 😤

Well it was a mess but looking better I think that they could pick up a lot of that trash and wet grass can be a lot of hard work need a ladder to cut all That stuff off the fence before it falls down and that is from the other side 😇😇💯💯👍👍👍🙏 thank you for helping

Tremendous task on this beastie yard. You need a commercial zero-turn with a hopper bagger for the grass, YIKES. Nice to have a helper... this yard needed extra help. Wow... incredible difference. **Flame thrower for neighbors vines...what a disaster

This property was in a condition to really have Phil shine! Mishaps and rubbish aside, the job has been So good to watch. That backyard is looking a thousand times better and you definitely hit the reset switch for future maintenance. this is when time to teach young ones how to mow lawns and pick up after themselves as notice see young kids there when you started ,you do such a good job hate to see it go back to it was before.

What a job! So much to do. The over growth from the neighbors isn't ok. It causes so much damage.
You and Greg did so much work. What a great job. I would have thought those young men would have gone out and raked that backyard the rest of the way after you left. Even just to show you appreciation and a willingness to keep the yards up. They’re very blessed to have had you get it back to where they could take care of it. I’d love to see it in 6 weeks.

Great transformation Tim and cheers Greg!! I know you like transforming lawns but was curious how you got the tenants/owner to pick up all the trash on the side of the house. Like some, they appear to be less than enthusiastic about the lawn as you and were ok the way it looked before. You had the right idea to move on with the garbage in the back. Stuff happens!

Wow, that was so bad. I think this one was worse than the other jungle you cut down with the flail mower. At least, that yard wasn't full of rubbish. Given the circumstances, you did an outstanding job.

What a nightmare this job has been!!! How people can live like this is beyond my comprehension. Not to mention the trash still everywhere and they haven’t removed it. Hey, we know they can pickup clear what is left because they did a lot earlier in the job. You are a blessing and I hope they know what you have given them and start maintaining their property. They have a beautiful tract of land and the house looks nice too! God bless you Tim and your helper!!!
It could be said that the person next door has a massive vining problem on their property. You did a good job figuring how to cope with the overflow some. Looks like you had rain rather than sun and so are dealing with damp grass clippings. (You confirmed it.) Still, a lot of the mass is cut down. Wow. You actually got that lawn down to a normal level by the end, something a normal mower can now handle. Interesting bits of unexpected Landscape Archeology, the mystery concrete pad, some sort of work around the clothes dryer... This type of place is not easy to do, it is a lot of individual messy things to clean up, including hidden objects, large volumes of grass and vining, etc. but you actually managed to make it MUCH better. Thank you to Greg for slogging through this with you.

Using your big mower to deal with the cut branches etc is an awesome hack.
I do the same thing too, but on a somewhat smaller scale
