This brings me back to a wonderful time. My mom would cook simple round steak in the pan for hours and ended up with a thick sauce like yours. The steak so tender it would melt in your mouth, and she would have garlic bread to go with it. Thanks guys for a trip down memory lane. Absolute mouth watering dish!

@@Mothana808 It's tipical to cook that piece of meat in northern Italy (we call it ossobuco) but 5 hours is way too long, it takes a long time but 2 hours is enough
