I am DIPU. Today, I am going to show your guys how you can use your Mobile Phone as a Computer Monitor. This method works on both IOS and Android. Don't forget to try it out.

Why is it not showing up in the display settings as a 2nd monitor for me? It’s hooked up and showing my screen through the iPad , but computer display settings not showing up
so what if it doesn't connect, or none of the windows you talk about bother to pop up? I don't think splashtop is all it pretends at being good for

1. My tab refresh rate is 2560*1600, will this qhd resolution support at 60 fps and 16:10 aspect ratio? Can you let me know?
2. If I use it with the thunderbolt port with my mac, will it give any performance gain as the thunderbolt is faster? Does the performance depend on the port speed?
@@kaiser10-28 1. 2560*1600 Aspect Ratio is 16:10.
2. You can use the Thunderbolt Port but won't get any performance benifit. It depends on the port speed of your TAB and Cable. If they support usb 3.0 speed, then definitely you will get more performance = Less Lag.

I'm unable to see the cursor on the device I've mirroring too - Any advice?
Thank you for your question brother ☺️. Restart both devices, reset any settings related to mirroring. Then connect them again following the tutorial. If you do it right it will not give any troubles.
@TechClap Hey i have that issue i am running into an issue where my display settings do not detect my android tablet as a second screen. The device just mirrors my PC, but doesn't act as the second screen. and it not working anyway when i uncheck the mirror mode what can i do ?
Restart both devices. It may be some driver issue👍

Can I connect my phone to tablet using this app, so that I can view in a larger screen?
When i connect and open xdisplay on mobile my main screen just freeze and i cant do nothing,any help?
It seems to be some driver issue. I suggest you, uninstalling and reinstalling the program. If it doesn't work, try changing the port no of your usb connection. If still doesn't work, reinstalling the latest graphics driver may solve the issue. (NB.: It really hard to diagnose what went wrong without seeing it. Try every one of them, please let me know if the problem persists.)

So it was just error. On the display settings page a bit down, there's a drop down menu that says to extend screen. I didn't notice it before 😅

Why when i open splashtop it show " Unable to connect to iphone/ipad" but I already installed itunes on my laptop
There might be some driver issue. Try installing iTunes latest version by uninstalling the old version. Then try again ☺️

No not that much. It took around 5-8% of my CPU

it's because of Big Sur I think, I have same issue too Because you are unable to download iTunes on Big Sur.

How many android device can you connect on it?
I haven't tried connecting more than 1 at a time. Maybe only a single device can connect at a time. I will let u know, if I get time to test it.

Check the application settings on PC, you might have selected mirror mode there. Disable that and you will get extended display. (N.B.)"Don't try to do it with Windows display settings 😉. Wish you a good day.

There is a toggle button for mirror mode or extended display mode on the software. Use it to fix the issue 👍

If you disabled mirror mode on Splashtop windows app then it should work fine. But if you are still having issues, try extended settings on windows display settings

100% it will work. Try installing android adb or android studio on your pc and try again ☺️. I have done it in numerous devices, never failed.

Don't try to do it from the windows menu. Try to do it from the Splashtop desktop application. It contains a check button for mirror mode. Disable that, then you can do Extended mode.....................Hope it works. If it does, Please don't forget to subscribe and share the video.

Follow the instructions start to end very carefully. Try restarting both PC and mobile device. It will work.
