  • BraveTV was developed to bring stories of hope to the homes of our audience during the COVID-19 pandemic. In each episode, we cover different topics that featured guests or our own Brave alumni can lend their expertise on. This gives our guests and our alumni an opportunity to share their stories on another platform, talk about their journey with This Is My Brave, and offer support and resources to viewers who may be having similar struggles, especially during such a high-stress time.
BraveTV is back for its second official season in 2021. New episodes will premiere monthly right here on our CZcams channel. Be sure to SUBSCRIBE to our channel for notifications on new episodes!
Season 2, Episode Five will cover the importance of Suicide Prevention Month. Each year, the month of September is used to nationally recognize the importance of preventing, educating about, and destigmatizing suicide. This Is My Brave is on a quest to make it OK to talk about suicide, as the silence surrounding it is one of the most dangerous places to be.
In this episode, BraveTV Host Lauren Hope (Arlington 2018 / Hampton Roads Stories from Home 2020) speaks with Nieisha Deed (Stories from the Black Community 2021), Sean Wellington (Hampton Roads Stories from Home 2020), and Haley Lynch (Iowa City 2018).
