      12 ppg was Marcus Jordan's career average. In 3 years his season stats were 8 ppg, 15 ppg and 13.7 ppg. He was good college player.

    It’s not just the father genes which counts. It’s also the mother’s genes, as well. If she’s not that tall, there’s a great possibility that the children won’t be that tall, either. If the mother is uncoordinated, there’s a great chance that the children could inherit that trait, too.

    I could literally tell they weren't driven or motivated to be great "at basketball", just by looking at them. I quit every sport I tried, almost immediately, because I didn't like the environment or how the coaches behaved. I felt like they were taking things way too seriously. Same reason I couldn't be in the band.
    However, I did do martial arts and excelled. Joined the military, and when I was put into the combatives course I beat everyone in the class, including one of the instructors. This is my 12th year, and I'm a Drill now.
    Those boys could have done it, but they didn't want to. Jordan didn't have God given athletic ability. He was cut from the team when he started. He was driven and motivated to practice hard. Hearing how MJ was as a teammate sounds like having him as a dad could be a nightmare. I was demoralized by being around people like that. Treating a game like it's the military 😂, but I recognize that's what greatness is.

      My man, Jordan had a 48 inch vertical. You dont just walk into that with training, the average males peak athletic ability caps at maybe 30-40 inches with intense training. You have to have a serious genetic advantage to ever even dream of sniffing 50 inches

    They were never in the same situation as MJ. Basketball was Michael Jordan passion and his mom and pops wasn’t rich and didn’t have a lot like his sons had when they went to college. I’m pretty sure basketball wasn’t his son’s number one passion like it was for their dad. That right there change the whole situation. MJ hunger and situation was totally different than his two son when he was growing up.

    Marcus Jordan won a state championship in Chicago and got a scholarship to a D1 program. Sometimes that's as far as you go. ITS LESS THAN 500 PLAYERS IN THE NBA. There's very few people who are in the top 500 in their profession

    Can't understand how they felt when they were growing up as sons of the legendary sports figure, but they didn't necessarily need to follow MJ's footsteps, or maybe felt some that pressure from the time they were playing in high school. They didn't need to be ballers, they just chose their own paths and be good at it, something MJ would've wanted and also be content.
