I like the SEPARATE & DETAILED videos on Doodles. I'm still trying to get comfortable with doodling/drawing. It does not come naturally, I struggle with depth, 3D. TYFS the doodle tutorials.

(I know this comment is 2 years old but here’s my advice anyways)
This advice may or may not help, but try to have as much overlap in your lines as possible. What I mean is:
To draw two mountains, don’t draw two mounts side by side, like an M shape.
Instead, draw one slightly in front of the other, making an overlap.
If you look at real life, you can see lots of overlap around you. It’s a small change with a huge difference. This will help your doodles seem more 3D and more cohesive.

Your lavender doodles were one of the first things I tried when I decided to begin painting a just pre-Covid. I keep going back to it. I LOVE how you do the flowers and when I am 'stuck' I go through them all again. Thank you so much. I am a very happy (quite old) painter who has found such joy in creating lovely little pictures. Your time is very much appreciated!

    So pretty!! Tysm! ♥
My suggestion would be to keep doing tutorials separate from your PWMs! I say this not only because I truly appreciate the longer and more in depth tutorials, but because there is also a whole other area of viewers these videos can reach/help, not just us bujo'ers. Those just learning to draw or trying to grow their skills would love and could get a lot from these tutorials of yours chicky! (Not to mention the views/subs.) They're also *great* for Pinterest in that way. I'd say definitely tap into that! 😃
Tyfs! Hope you're having a lovely weekend. Best of wishes to you and yours! ♥♥

Love these lively and easy doodles! Just one point though, in nature, if you look closely, the shape of one flower or the patterns of leaves on stems (different versions) looks more perfect and structured, amazingly well... roses look organic, dandelion petals and leaves and the alike for winter... they are amazing!

I like both tutorial ideas, but I definitely think a mini version should be in the original video because I wanted to recreate your idea for May as it is my birth month and lavender is my favorite color and one of my fav flowers and scents!!! But I didn’t feel very comfortable doing so without a tutorial since it was somewhat hard to see what the finished product really looked like in the original video. I have it my best, but I definitely would have liked it a lot more if I’d seen this vid (or a mini version) first.
