Mixing up a trillion and a billion once is a problem but mixing up every other number is just...

Probably some of Biden's cheering crowds are FX. An audio track of cheering and clapping is sometimes overlaid.
For his real crowds they use every excitement technique: lighting, temperature control, embedded groups of inciters*, prepping the crowd... and maybe free coffee and caffeinated beverages beforehand.
