I made the palak rice but didn't include the garlic because my parents have acid reflux issues, instead I added cumin seeds with the ginger and made a paste then follow this recipe and it was an absolute perfection!! As I'm someone who even judges own cooking until it tastes as pure perfection🗿.. My parents loved it way too much that it seems like this is gonna be made quite often now in my home and will be supplied by my mom to her patients and friends! Plus I Served Them with Some Green Tea of Planet Ayurveda to Add More taste in Rice and Trust me Combination is Just Wow😆😅
