I don't see people mention this often so I'll mention it again.
The lizard/ dragon is jonghyun and the girl who jumps from the hill is Sulli. They both fly in the direction opposite to the airplane in which IU is sitting. It means theyre now going in different paths. Sulli and jonghyun are going towards heaven and IU is continuing her life.
The scene where they both look at each other one last time and IU gives them a teary smile, that scenes always breaks me 💔
