Low Flying Over Holland's Tulip Fields in an Aero AT-3 -April/2024-Flevopolder (cockpit footage)

One of the more fun exercises in flight training thus far. It concludes with an AMG off to the right (off camera) attempting to drag race us on climb.
They won.

I wonder what the rules say about flight below 500 agl not for the purposes of takeoff and landing?

Area Flevopolder : 100 AGL. Area QNH was also off the regional, so we were not much off that 100.
