Yes dancing is a stress reliever keeps you fit and healthy when you dance you sweat which helps get rid of toxins in your body! New York City is the city that sleeps now mayor at the time Giuliani destroyed NYC night life. He had all the clubs shut down when he was mayor of NYC and the arcades, rolling skating rinks etc anything fun just shut down! No outlets for people to burn off stress in New York it’s the city that sleeps it so boring here now!!
