SWEET!!! You stole my heart Jill! I love these cards, especially the cats! I really like how you mixed the foliage with the critters. The heggie in a stocking hanging from the mistletoe is a hoot! I believe these are all so clever. I would have never thought to use stamps like this with those specific foliage pieces. What a great idea. The look is unique and so appealing! The classics are always my favorite! Personally, I have a stock pile of Penny Black cats!! One can never have too many cats!!! We keep it real by having a house full of "rescue" fur babies! hugs!

Hi Jill! I can't believe our time together is over. I know it's just for now and you'll be back again, hopefully in the not-too-distant future. I've enjoyed this whole series and as always, have learned so much. One moment that sticks in my mind is how you taught us squirt a little stickles on a scrap of paper and use a paint brush to put it on the project. I never would have thought to do that! Jill those are gorgeous... love the way you put some of the items inside and a bit on the outside of the frame... makes such a difference... not really into critters these days but I love the holly and maybe mistletoe peeing through the frame... they make lovely cards... thank you 😊❤
These Sketches are so helpful. I never use sketches when I design a card- So it takes a really long time to make a card - and I think this is going to help me make multiple cards that are not exactly the same. Thank you for your time.

A really happy bonus video Jill. I don't have any critter stamps but have many PB stamps that will work with this sketch, trees,snowmen, birds and deer. I will use many of the sketch ideas from now on. I have already used the posted stamps and dies with stash stamps. I now have the sparkle &shine foil and sentiments and I am waiting for the festive finesse die which has been dispatched! I am good to go for the Christmas season. Great cards as always. I adore PB cats and hedgies. They are the cutest. My favorites are the cats though. They are so easy to color and are always adorable. I have trouble picking colors and so often get a lot of direction and inspiration from videos. I have lots of the PB cats and hedgies.

Yes to all your questions! I have used several of the sketches already and have prepped fames and backgrounds and stamped some images ready to carry out after our load of family visitors leave. I also have seveal of the fan favorites, speciffically Jolly Christmas Kitty, A Thorny Affair and Wishing you. My favorite is Wishing You; I did him up with a night sky background and looking up at a wee santa and reindeer crossing in front of a moon. My favorite so far. Thank you so much for all the work it takes to create these videos for us. I so look forward to these, and the past ones in the library, to spark my mojo when it goes AWOL. You rock!

i'VE WATCHED all of your 12 series plus this Bonus and loved all of them. I just received my order but haven't had time to try them yet. Really anxious to try the stick and Shine. I also order both of the Pre-printed panels, which I do every year and love them. Plus the believe die even though I have some from last year with other words. And I have the O die words too. Going to start soon and get at my christmas cards. Love all the oldies that you made into exciting cards for this year. And I have some of these oldies that I will dig out and use. I truly like every card in this series... from the critter cuties to the elegant. I admire your coloring style and the sketches are fantastic. I kind-of sketch as I'm making the first card, if I'm making several at one time. If I like the card, even if I'm only making one special card, I always make 2 exactly the same - one for the recipient and one I use as (what I call) a 'template'. That way, if I ever want to make something similar again, I have a 'sketch/sample' (but it's not really a "sketch") to follow. I think if I had a few sketches before I even started would be a really good thing, because many times I have trouble just getting started. Thank you for sharing your creativity, and for this bonus video. P.S. The minute I saw that Encircle embossing folder, I had to have it. Thanks again.
The crittter images are so adorable it is pretty hard not to create something wonderful with them but your explanation and demonstration of how to plan and create using a sketch was very instructive.
Noooo! This series can’t be over!!! These have all been fabulous ideas! My favorite are the Masterpieces Made Simple but I’m going to have to force myself to drag out my watercolors & try again. You make it look so easy (mine usually just look like a big rock)😆 Keep your great ideas comin!!
The critters are so adorable! I like the embossing behind the frame as a background. It really adds to the look of these. I'm hoping to remember so many of these great techniques in this series to make my cards even better! I may be watching some of these videos again to remind myself of these techniques! I like to use sketches. Then I can vary the style of my cards more. Also less decision making. I have a lot of penny black wooden stamps. Mostly flowers though.

I truly like every card in this series... from the critter cuties to the elegant. I admire your coloring style and the sketches are fantastic.
I kind-of sketch as I'm making the first card, if I'm making several at one time. If I like the card, even if I'm only making one special card, I always make 2 exactly the same - one for the recipient and one I use as (what I call) a 'template'. That way, if I ever want to make something similar again, I have a 'sketch/sample' (but it's not really a "sketch") to follow. I think if I had a few sketches before I even started would be a really good thing, because many times I have trouble just getting started. Thank you for sharing your creativity, and for this bonus video.
P.S. The minute I saw that Encircle embossing folder, I had to have it. Thanks again.

The crittter images are so adorable it is pretty hard not to create something wonderful with them but your explanation and demonstration of how to plan and create using a sketch was very instructive.

Noooo! This series can’t be over!!! These have all been fabulous ideas! My favorite are the Masterpieces Made Simple but I’m going to have to force myself to drag out my watercolors & try again. You make it look so easy (mine usually just look like a big rock)😆 Keep your great ideas comin!!

The critters are so adorable! I like the embossing behind the frame as a background. It really adds to the look of these. I'm hoping to remember so many of these great techniques in this series to make my cards even better! I may be watching some of these videos again to remind myself of these techniques! Love, Love these cards. Many years ago I found Penny Black stamps and fell in Love!!! I have many, many of her critters including some you used here. I never tire of using them and most people love them as well. Thank you so much for these 13 videos, they have been so inspirational.

I like to use sketches. Then I can vary the style of my cards more. Also less decision making. I have a lot of penny black wooden stamps. Mostly flowers though.

Thanks, Wendy! Non-stress, non-pressure practice with watercolor can be fun-- it takes time to get used to the impact of the amount of water or amount of pigment on your brush and what you personally prefer. Happy stamping!

So fab, I really love the hedgie that's in the stocking, he looks like he has a high and tight. 🤣 So adorable. Anyhoo, I am going to use some of these sketches and I have a few of these products (certainly not enough in my opinion! ;) heh heh) Jill thank you so much for doing all of the heavy lifting. I have seen 'sketches' out there but it's a whole other ball game when you see it actually done with real product. "OH" ;)

Do you have a favorite pair of scissors that you use for fussy cutting? Precision & comfort are key & the scissors I use are slightly uncomfortable.

Thanks so much for this series. I learned a lot, and made some cards using sketch 10 (Posted) with one of the tree images from the PB Artful Evergreens on the stamp image. (I would have sent a photo but my tech skills are a little sketchy.) They turned out really well. So much fun!
