Welcome to Alpha's bedroom! In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is discussing a part of his morning routine that he finds critical - his shower. He has a 5-minute morning routine that allows him to get more out of his shower and day. Make sure you're refreshed, revitalized, and ready to kick the day's ass.
Alpha's Shower Routine
Alpha starts with his facial hair with a hand-held mirror and his Brio. Once a week, he manscapes too. After that, he gets wet and shampoos his hair for 30-seconds to scrub & exfoliate his scalp. He also shampoos his beard and then lets it 'chill' while he moves to his body.
He's testing the Pete & Pedro body wash prototype. He notes how great it smells. If you manscape, you need to exfoliate by using a loofah or body puff. This exfoliating also prevents ingrown hair. Also, while you're washing, don't forget to wash your feet! Alpha also uses his razor for manscaping touch-ups at this point.
He washes his face with Tiege Hanley Wash. Note that he did a double helping of shampoo on his beard due to dandruff - the tea tree oil in the P&P shampoo helps. The Tiege Hanley Wash helps too. Shaving touch-ups for his beard are also done now. He doesn't use shaving cream as the shampoo and wash are enough. If you suffer from razor burn, you may want to use shave cream.
