I can’t even wrap my head around the amount of time spent shopping each week. We only have a family of four and I cannot imagine leisurely shopping like this so often. Let alone all the prep and cleaning for meals and everything else it takes to run a household.

200 ml almond milk, 40 grams strawberries, 45 g blueberries, 40 g raspberries, 1.5 g basil, 1-2 mint leaves, blend, pour and drink. I love the videos where u do the grocery hauls, thanks for sharing cheers x

Frozen berries, a banana, 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt, 2 teaspoon soaked chia seeds, quarter cup skimmed milk. You can use any frozen fruit or fresh but i always use the banana ,yoghurt milk and chia seeds, you can use flax seeds aswell

Spring is good for headaches as it is a blood thinner. I suffer from chronic migraines due to genetic condition and when all else fails, spring is an option. you can also try an ice pack on your feet because the blood is in your head feeding the migraine/ headache and the blood will have to go to other end of body to warn get, leaving head, leaving headache. From personal experience on multiple occasions, the ice pack trick works.

Chocolate Cherry smoothie
INGREDIENTS
2 cups frozen cherries
1 cup almond milk (plain or vanilla)
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (cocoa powder is ok too)
1 teaspoon honey
1cup vanilla/plain yogurt
1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla) or 2 tablespoons almond butter
This is my kids favorite

@@marjoleinvanlieshout9429almond milk really doesn’t affect the taste much. I use it in smoothies all the time. They sell sweetened and unsweetened.
@@jeanne9375 I know. But it has barely protein in it and I would only be using it for this since we don't drink it regularly and normal milk will also be used for mashed potatoes, cereal, oats and stuff

Homemade sauce 2-4 cans crushed tomatoes 2_4 cans whole tomatoes 2 cans paste water from cans paste cooked in a crock pot add sugar about 1-2 TBL spoons, bay leaf two, Italian seasoning parsley cooke low and slow

Just because she doesn't use fresh tomatoes? I make homemade sauce from frozen tomatoes from my garden. When you think about its the same thing just a different way of preserving them.

When I was growing up you ate what was put on the table or you didn't eat. If my mom made Mac& Cheese it was with whatever pasta she had. My mom would let you know she was not a short order cook and she meant every word of it. My was not mean she had a budget that she had to stick to so sometimes I didn't get cookies and stuff like that. I didn't suffer any.
There are some kids who will test that and go hungry for days. Sometimes it's easier to let them eat what they want and get bigger within reason
Just a thought take the raspberries and strawberries and bananas and freeze them and then put in a blender with a little honey and it makes ice cream or sugar and you can added a little milk too

My goto breakfast smoothie is definitely (2 servings):
4 tbs Greek yogurt
Handful of frozen blueberries
Handful of frozen mango
Handful of frozen raspberries
1/2 banana
2 handfuls of spinach
1 tbs of peanut butter
Handful of oats
Applejuice to right consistency

My mom always made it homemade but it's usually cream cheese and sour cream I believe with powdered Sugar and vanilla. It's excellent.
A smoothie recipe my mom used to make is blueberries, cherries chia seeds and strawberries taste amazing and very fulfilling, you can also add protein powder but that’s optional but if you do I’d recommend vanilla

On the recipe if the recipe calls for unsalted butter and you have salted butter all you have to do is not add the salt that the recipe calls for it evens out believe me it works 👍🏼

we got taco seasoning in the seasoning isle
Taco seasoning is something that is actually very easy to make at home...it sounds crazy but if you have a lot of spices and seasonings on hand, you can literally make your own....my Mom and I have been making it for over 5 years from a recipe we found, it's super simple 😊😊😊
For a breakfast smoothie:
60 ml coconut milk (regular milk also works, or yoghurt)
Handfull of spinach
1 banana
75 gram of zuccini
50 gram cucumber
Half of a pear
1 lemon
Half a teaspoon of oatmeal and coconut rasp.
Its a delicious, nutrious smoothie!
