Going back through your videos, I have two of his sheathes, one which is signed by you for my blackbird and the XL Tinder Bag, and the deluxe small Tinder Bag. He is also making his large equipment belt with harness for me (not on the website) plus a full WCSK Sheath. Will much more in the future as well. Can't say enough about his work or his quality. Randy is a true craftsman. His work is thought out well to perform and function as needed. The saddle leather is something we do not see in many sheaths these day. most is to thin and flimsy after a good coating of protection. Thank you for sharing and see you next year.. ATB Mike

That thing looks extremely heavy duty alright, I would look at adding a little addition for a a diamond rod to go with the ferro rod, maybe, only maybe a little leather pouch could be added to the front via the two straps, might make it over heavy and bulky. Good looking piece though!
Hot wax the inside of the sheath to keep the wet form and protect the knife from moisture. I just melt down candle wax, poor it in then immediately poor it back out.
