Throw a 3.4 swap my way , I have a Clean 94 Toyota pickup extended cab 4x4 with a bad 3.0 , need it and a 5 speed manual swap .
it really is a great engine. wish they still came in the small pickups.
Same. Definitely my favorite toyota engine to swap. Someday I'd like to do a build with a 2jz
that engine swap turned out very clean
Did the 4.3 die or was there another reason to swap it out? They got pretty good power and are usually pretty reliable.

If I were to do this on a stock 82, do you think theres plenty of room between the engine and axles/drivelines? Thanks!
Yes it's the same as my 80. It's a tight fit to do it right but it does fit well.

Does the 3.4 bolt to the W56?
I'm not sure on that one. Would have to do some research
