So far Sadhguru has been the only person to reveal such knowledge to me. It is my hope that one day I'll learn everything there is to know about the energy body, tantra, chakras, and what to be aware of. So far through Sadhguru I've seen that one shouldn't play with these things carelessly for like in all things there are consequences.

@@Timerooy he consecrated Dhyanlinga.. a stone lingam which is spiritually charged and has energy to change people spiritually who are near Dhyanlinga. In order to consecrate it or make it alive, he used his energy body excessively. That's what he was telling.

At first, the first minute or so, I somewhat enjoyed the music, but then it started to grind in my ear, the left ear, like glass. It is no fault of the besieged editors, only my ignorance of Indian music. It also made me hungry for palak paneer for some reason. . .great video. . .didnt understand it at all but felt like an art video that disorientated the senses.

The only way to know if what he says is true is to do it yourself. 'it" means to wake up to your true nature. However we are already awake, we are just pretending this pretending is not a fully conscious decision. Therefor becoming fully aware is the key to unlock all this. Sadhguru has said so many insightful things that it hints at a deeper understanding. Again we must see it for ourselves. Remember what he said about the power of " I don't know" Thank you to Sadhguru for his efforts to help us see.

It is when we take the image for the actual being that we move away from our true nature. One does not need to be "awake to understand that. If there is something operating it is doing so without my awareness. I can not make myself be aware, the only thing I can be is attentive this is how I know I am not being aware. I am not trying to prove a point I am just conveying what it is I am observing. You are another person that said something to me. What I've been seeing just today is that although I see that the process of thought must grow silent the full impact of that necessity has and continues to evade my conscious mind. Yes meditation.! I agree the background chanting is too loud. It is distracting. If you want to include anything in the background it should be just a whisper. His voice is really very soothing and lulls you into a pre-meditative state.
Four months ago OnePath mentioned this video would be posted without sound and re-uploaded in few hours... nevertheless, that sound is still there and disturbs focusing on this extraordinary statement by Sadhguru. When listening to Sadhguru, are the words the most important feature and it is advisable not to be disturbed by any other distracting aspect.

@@guide444 Dhyanalinga consecration was a way of storing his energy in a conduit (Mercury) so people can still feel it and use it to aid their meditation when he was gone. He never intended to live after that but his devotees decided to save him especially since his daughter would become an orphan.
