There always crazy people at fast food. If you work there, you just learn not to care. I have to take order from 5 year old cuz their mom don't speak English. People shower in the bathroom. I have (currently still am) been an employee at McDonald’s for about 3-4 years. I’m just doing it throughout highschool, and their is so many things that these people missed out on... obviously besides things like spitting in food or cussing out the customers or whatever I have witnessed or done most of these things. When McDonald’s closes (I’m in a smaller town so it isn’t 24 hours.) their is a lot of food extra that we can take home and the inventions I make would make your jaw drop. (I typically don’t eat it or I give it to my family if they are awake because I have a family of 6). But I’ll grab the biggest bun (the angus bun) and the biggest box and I’ll put chicken patty’s, nuggets, quarter pound meat, leaf lettuce, mac sauce, bacon, grilled onions, pickles, cheese etc. On a burger and make like 3 of them all just randomly slapped together with extra stuff we have that night. And I’ll bring home a couple brownies, muffins, a dozen cookies, fries, bagels etc. Since it’s all going to waste I might as well right, even if I don’t eat it, it’s still fun to make. And we do sooo much more things. I could go on for hours. If you have any questions about McDonalds I can answer them as well because I know 99% of everything about it, seeing as I do everything from kitchen, counter, drive through, lobby, maintenance, unloading the truck. Only things I don’t do are customer service (they survey people and how their experiences are and are in charge of running games with kids etc.) and management.
We can’t fix it you have to call support to come down and repair it. Basic workers including managers have no idea/are not taught how to fix it. Only basic issues. But when it’s in heat mode it’s self cleaning and unless you want to get burned or serve hot liquid ice cream goo then trust me just go someplace else

Folded eggs and burritos go in the microwave. If you're working breakfast, toy wouldn't know that, I guess. When Rhett switch to all day breakfast, they don't use the egg cooker.

I used to work at McDonald's when I was 16 back in in Norway. I never really had any "bad costumers" or "nasty food experiences". But! I did actually quit mid-shift. Our manager was the biggest, most horrible human ever. He was pretty much a terrorist to everyone. And after working there for a few months I had a knee injury, and I needed surgery. I still showed up for work (I mainly worked register and would rarely be put anywhere else for longer than 30 - 1 hour), and I told him about my knee issue. And he decided that was the day he was gonna put me on lobby and clean up. Needless to say after a little while of limping around, being in the worst pain... I quit.

I worked at McDonald's for 4 years (became manager at one point). Yes, they freaking MICROWAVE the premade eggs in the egg biscuits and anything with the folded egg. The round egg is actually real though. I've witnessed a co-worker of mine get angry at a customer in the drive through. Apparently he made the customers mcflurry wrong so he asked my coworker to change it and my coworker got pissed off, he licked his finger and stuck it in the mcflurry, and gave it back to the customer without him knowing. There was an other time when one of the cooks pulled out a stack of patties and placed it at the edge of the mini freezer. They accidentally elbowed it and it fell into the trash can. They then took all the patties out of the trash can and still cooked them and served them.... I have way to many stories to tell!
I recently got hired to work at McDonald's and will start job training soon. I fined this video interesting. Not one McDonald's is exactly the same; some people have bad managers, some good. Some have fifthly buildings, some have clean ones. You get the picture. People at my McDonald's seem like good hard working people! I'm nervous and exited to start working there! Our McDonald's is ranked in the top three McDonald's around us; so I have high hopes and plan to do my best! Maybe I can even help improve ours too :D!

Honestly, if you’re in customer service, and if you haven’t thought of quitting halfway through your shift and had customers threaten you, you have never truly worked customer service.

Folded eggs and burritos go in the microwave. If you're working breakfast, toy wouldn't know that, I guess. When Rhett switch to all day breakfast, they don't use the egg cooker.
@@angeleyesgreen1586 I worked at McDonald's about 12 years ago. So my info is outdated, I'm sure you're right. The grill has to be used for burgers so that does make sense. The all day breakfast is stressful I'm sure. I'm glad I never had to deal with that

I used to work at McDonald's when I was 16 back in in Norway. I never really had any "bad costumers" or "nasty food experiences". But! I did actually quit mid-shift. Our manager was the biggest, most horrible human ever. He was pretty much a terrorist to everyone. And after working there for a few months I had a knee injury, and I needed surgery. I still showed up for work (I mainly worked register and would rarely be put anywhere else for longer than 30 - 1 hour), and I told him about my knee issue. And he decided that was the day he was gonna put me on lobby and clean up. Needless to say after a little while of limping around, being in the worst pain... I quit.

I worked at McDonald's for 4 years (became manager at one point). Yes, they freaking MICROWAVE the premade eggs in the egg biscuits and anything with the folded egg. The round egg is actually real though. I've witnessed a co-worker of mine get angry at a customer in the drive through. Apparently he made the customers mcflurry wrong so he asked my coworker to change it and my coworker got pissed off, he licked his finger and stuck it in the mcflurry, and gave it back to the customer without him knowing. There was an other time when one of the cooks pulled out a stack of patties and placed it at the edge of the mini freezer. They accidentally elbowed it and it fell into the trash can. They then took all the patties out of the trash can and still cooked them and served them.... I have way to many stories to tell!

I recently got hired to work at McDonald's and will start job training soon. I fined this video interesting. Not one McDonald's is exactly the same; some people have bad managers, some good. Some have fifthly buildings, some have clean ones. You get the picture. People at my McDonald's seem like good hard working people! I'm nervous and exited to start working there! Our McDonald's is ranked in the top three McDonald's around us; so I have high hopes and plan to do my best! Maybe I can even help improve ours too :D!
