I actually got a 9 legendary diamond while they were screwed up. I definitely feel it was big enough so I'm lucky it didn't say gold or silver like some other ones.
I always find, if you are being hounded by buffalo. Step into the water, a couple of yards and they leave you alone. Also works with wolfs. Works for me. Great Vid

It’s trick to shoot them ok the run but if they are running broadside then I can kill them on the run

I also have a lvl 8 Albino mounted in my lodge. But funny thing about 5 hours later I shot a lvl 9 in the heart at 180 yards or so. I was on a eole with heart shots so I was comfortable with it, and it was in fact a diamond.

The first 2 water buffalo scored the exact same although they were level 7 and level 8. Then the third was a level 8, scored less than the previous two.

I am curious regarding how you are able to steady your aim? I have all the skills and perks that help with aiming but I can never steady my aim as you. A 300 hundred yard or further shot, is impossible for me, because the crosshairs on my scope keep moving around and it gets worse when I increase the view on my scope.
