I used to cook Ghanaian food with the family back in the UK and watched a lot of CZcams videos on Ghana together as a family so it made the transition easier. I remember when we used to watch a lot of CZcams videos about Ghana and looking forward to moving ourselves lol. Now we are here and glad we made that decision as a family. Although I did a lot of walking in the UK, losing weight wasn’t easy lol. I think here you sweat a lot and that makes a big difference. Vitamin Di is also in abundance lol

When I enquired , she said she has fallen down and all the water she’s selling for her step mother is in the sand. You can imagine what will happen to this little girl when she goes home. I paid for all the water and l asked her to go home. It’s sad to see children selling but that’s the situation in our motherland. Thanks for the advice you gave them. It’s heartbreaking sometimes to see what people have to go through to put food on the table. My one year of living here after moving back home has taught me a lot of things. Despite low wages they show up and put in the hard work. Because I don’t drive I have a lot of taxi and bolt drivers as friends lol. I have a good relationship with them and we talk about life and offer any advice that helps them. This Christmas I surprised my neighbours with bags of rice and crates of eggs. You can imagine the smiles on their faces:)

Next time add to the maize cob a mixture of chilli salt and lemon,just sprinkle on the maize cobs.Your children are learning much of their homeland which is superb 👌
