Now I know why the streets were so empty. This was filmed during Covid. It's a beautiful town, and I can't wait to visit when I return to Malaga.

Thanks for your comment. We recommend you don't miss the Town's old quarter with its beautiful Patio de Los Naranjos. And although it's a little further out of town, we also recommend you visit Puerto Banús to see one of the Costa del Sol's luxurious port. We hope you enjoy your visit!

Hmm, along with Fuengirola this is one of the most lovely small cities of spain....Why does it look so desolate in this video, Where is the people? Its there a Covid lockdown in the city?
Hi! Thanks for your comment. This was filmed in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, that is why there aren't so many people around 🙂
its best days were in the late 90s, but its been speculated out. all thats there are old landlord types and rip off rents. its mostly empty and fairly soulless.
There is still plenty of life in Marbella, especially now in high season 😃 it's definitely worth wandering through the historical quarter!
Be careful going to Marbella , lot of thefts and the police unhelpful..won't go there again
A lot of places are like that... unfortunately, you just have to be very careful when travelling now a days
