actually, this does not always work, when I tried to do this, nothing has changed (it was a year ago)
to date, I have long confirmed my passport (in our country it is issued at the age of 14 btw)
Then try the method in my part 1 on my channel and that might work for you!
I tried it in my under 13 account ima let yall know later(btw i subbed)

"Roblox CS is not able to manually verify ID for any user, nor update account settings related to this feature. No. Just because you verified your email and phone number doesn’t mean you get voice chat. To get voice chat you have to use an ID or you can use the 2 methods on my channel to get voice chat with no ID. If you have any other questions just reply to me and I’ll answer back!

You don't need an ID. Roblox employees are just lazy and don't check, they will just give you voice chat.
