Great review and amazing footage! I'm glad that you made a comparaising (and shoed it) for taller vs. smaller people. Because as a smaller person, sometimes the length of the back of the bags of the 16l is too long. So it's good to know that your wife finds it comfortable as well.

Hey thanks for dropping by. Most notably the 1.1.0 firmware update adds support for the RF-S 10-18mm IS STM lens. I’ve heard that the update has disabled some adapted lenses but have not been able to substantiate this myself. If it ain’t broke why fix it? From the canon website the update seems extensive for 1.2 but only available for windows (I’m on Mac)
