- Today we're going on a Canadian market tour, then try poutine in Montreal! Called Marché Jean-Talon in French, this market opened in 1933 and is open year-round. During warmer months, the market extends to the outdoor and offers even more local fruit and vegetables. However when it snows, there is still plenty to eat and shop for! Watch the full video to see the yummy tour unfold :)

I'm from Montreal and you pronounce everything so damn well. When your mom said "À notre santé" my jaw literally DROPPED. *Glad you liked your trip* ❤️ Sucks you got the storm tho haha, that's definitely the full experience of Montreal.
When I saw the "We Bere Bears" movie poutine, I grew more interested in the Canadian Foods and culture, and even made a Canadian Fnf OC with Vitilgo Skin. Also I made her a vampire pastel goth bf for her mod.

You should come back in the summer, Atwater market is so lovely in the summer/ fall time. You can rent bikes for the day, you can go to little Italy for some nice restaurants, the old port for lots of touristy restaurants and the zipline. I hope that when you come back when all of this is over that we all can show you the beauty of this city. Lots of love and support heading your way during this time ❤

I accidentally fractured my foot right out side this market, when I was visiting during summer. So I wasn’t able to fully explore and enjoy this market. But my mom was so lovely and brought me food from different stalls while I sat down and she explored. I’m glad I was still able to experience it, as it was the place I was looking forward to the most! It’s so lively during the summer! It was nice to explore more of this market with you through this video! Thank you!

The store "qui lait crue" is actually a play on words because it was supposed to be written "qui l'ai crue" but "lait" (milk) is pronounced the same way as "l'ai". Qui l'ai crue means who thought that.
Homophones are fun! But just to be a bit nitpicky... it’s a double pun, “l’ai” is indeed a pun of milk “lait” and the verb to have “l’ai” but also crue is also a homophone of raw and believe. So the double meaning is “who would’ve believed it” and “who raw milk”
It's actually "qui l'eût cru" in french :) But you're right, it's still a play on word with lait cru (raw milk) or just lait (milk)
